چکیده

Wyniki: Wśród pacjentów w stadium zaawansowania choroby T1 i T2 słuch zachowało odpowiednio 67.4% oraz 37.5% (p=0.12). Stwierdzono istotnie statystycznie znaczącą korelację pomiędzy lepszymi wynikami badań audiologicznych a stosunkiem guza do pajęczynówki (łatwa do zidentyfikowania płaszczyzna preparacji). Nie stwierdzono istotnego statystycznie wpływu monitorowania śródoperacyjnego na wyniki leczenia (53% versus 50%, p=0.86). Monitoring zastosowano w 43.3% przypadków.
